I checked out the auction and must say that you got a very good deal.

I was recently looking into buying an AppleSoft Reference Manual - and
someone in the US wanted to sell me one for about $35 US - and taking into
account P&P to Australia (which they quoted as $20 US or something like
that), this would have been as much as you paying for the whole schebang.

You got a good deal !!
