I use a shell account, and so, I use the Unix software that my ISP has.

I have seen Spectrum used via ethernet in my home (I host the localApple II club)

I have seen Arachnid as well.

There is also an IRC client just for the IIgs, availible for download,but I can't remember who wrote it (a German website, I think.)
