The Apple III and IBM's CGA use digital RGB, although the colour encoding
scheme is different. The Apple IIgs has analogue RGB. Other Apple IIs,
including the IIc, need a card to produce an RGB signal. These were
available in either digital or analogue versions.

It was a third-party add-on for the IIc video port to produce an RGB video
signal.
