Re: //c clone?
Looks like a Laser 128, a clone that is a cross between a //e and //c. I
had one, and it worked fairly well for quite awhile. Weakest point was
the keyboard--the keycap legends wore off! If it is the same machine, it
has a //3 compatible card slot on the side opposite the floppy, and
there was available an external box that allowed connection of 2 or 3
expansion cards (can't remember whether it was 2 or 3 cards). Larger,
slightly heavier, and not as nicely constructed as the //c, but much
cheaper.
