Many KVM manufacturers offer these...whether they're tied to particular KVM
models or will interoperate is unknown. Belkin and IOgear are two
manufacturers that come to mind...both sell their converters directly to
end-users, with the IOgear PS/2-to-ADB converter selling for $100 and the
Belkin converter selling for $155.
