No, 32k was the largest cache. Tony Diaz tried to go for 64k but was
never
able to make it work.
16mhz in more something to try for than something to expect. Very, very,
very few cards will do 16mhz. Few will even do 15mhz. If I were speeding
up another accellerator I'd try for 16mhz but I'd feel things went well
if I ended up with a stable 14mhz. Some of my accellerators will do
16mhz
but only for minutes or seconds before crashing.
