Apple II- Problem

Apple II- Problem
I have gotten Apple II- or the first original Apple II. It appears to
be defective in the motherboard. The screen appeared after I turn on the
power supply that it looks like GR (low resolution) with all white rectangle
blocks. It does not display "Apple II" in the top of this screen.
I believe that one of these chip in the motherboard is bad. Is there a
way that I can repair?
