It should be noted that as a rule, you can _not_ make 5.25" AppleII
floppies except with your AppleII computer's 5.25" drive.  If you want
to use software found on the net, use an emulator.  If you simply must
use them on your IIc, convert the emulator disk images back to 5.25"
diskettes using the ADT program.  The ADT program allows you to
communicate between a PC or Mac and the AppleII for the express purpose
of creating/archiving standard 5.25" AppleII diskettes.

If you read the FAQs and the docs that come with the ADT program, you
should have no difficulties.  Of course let us know if you just can't
get it to work, we can probably help you out.  (Ask specifically for
what you need.)

To use ADT with your IIc, you will need a communications cable. The
information to build one can be found in this FAQ, section 24.
