A technique that avoids prying on the plastic (demonstrated at Kfest I am
told) is as follows:
"Remove the case screws and place the IIc right side up on a flat surface.
Extend the
handle down, lift the back end up a few inches and let go. When the handle
hits the flat surface, it will pop the case apart."
