You can't run PC software with it but you can run CP/M software. Not my
area 
of interest but you should be able to find gigabytes of the software to 
download

Look for parrallel printers.

J1 is a jumper. Unless you're using the cars in a very, very early IIe 
that doesn't support Double Hi-Res graphics then you should have a
jumper 
block on those pins. Yes, the memory on the card is half of the 128k. 
They also produced cards that were 80 column but didn't have that 64k of 
RAM on it. Memory was expensive in the early eighties
