No, because your IIgs uses mini-DIN serial connectors like a Mac.  You can
use a Mac modem cable and your PC modem cable, with a null-modem adapter in
between. You can also make a cable if you can solder.  I use a Mac printer
cable, cut one end off (or in half if it's plenty long), then solder on a
DB-25 female connector.  I think ADT has pinouts for doing that. If not,
check the faq.
