The /RAM5 disk will only be available to ProDOS-8 applications if you
have slot 5 set to SmartPort, not to "Your Card".

It might also be affected by the version of ProDOS-8 you are running and
what card (if any) you have in slot 2, but my recollection is that /RAM5
will end up being S5,D2 no matter how many 3.5" drives you have
connected (or S5,D1 if you set /RAM5 to be the startup disk or have no
3.5" drives connected).
