In searching my disks, I don't seem to have this dictionary any more (at least
not in the place where it would be expected). I will e-mail you the name of the
individual who sent it to me.
As I recall, they even went so far as to incorporate this dictionary into
AppleWorks, substituting it completely for the main (English) dictionary. This
was done with the help of one of the authors of AppleWorks, Alan Bird.
Note that this information is about a spelling-checker dictionary for the
AppleWorks word processor, not an English-Dutch dictionary as you first
described. Nor is it translator software. I do not know of any English-Dutch
dictionary in Apple II format, but it seems to me that's one very good reason
to buy a book.
I'll e-mail the individual's name. If anyone ELSE contacts you with a request
to release the dictionary to the public, please note that you must have the
author's permission to do so.
