That's a very good find. The Transwarp in particular- it's possible to buy a
new hard disk, but not an accellerator.   What kind of hard disk does it
have?  Also, while you have the top open, look at the left rear inside, just
to the right of the power supply. Can you see the battery? If so, you have a
ROM3, the last of the IIgs's. It's got a meg of RAM onboard and some other
improvements. If the battery is under the power supply, you have a ROM1. It
has 256K, otherwise it is not much different  from a ROM3.

Later versions of the GS/OS work like a Mac- go to the apple menu, select
About, and it shows info on the RAM as well as OS version.
You'll probably want to download some files from the archives. There is a
util called "Slotscan" that displays a lot of good info about the Apple II
when you run it, including RAM and motherbd version.
