There is no question that he is a sector editing pirate, although he
may, in fact, no longer practice that hobby. The single most irritating
thing about him is that he refuses to admit the DOCUMENTED instances of
his piracy, and makes up fantasies to explain them. (Someone broke into
his house while he was out and posted pirated software from his
computer, for instance.)

I think I would have forgiven Tom long ago if he had simply confessed,
apologized, and moved on. 

Meanwhile, as regards Nathan Mates, the final straw for him seems to
have been my saying, on Delphi, that Tom was as welcome to post there
as anyone else, so long as he followed the same rules as anyone else,
and that Nathan was NOT allowed to post rants against Tom because they
broke our rules.
