Just tell them that one of their users is making large numbers of offtopic
posts in comp.binaries.apple2 and hasn't stopped when he was told of his
error, and that you'd appreciate it if they took the appropriate action to
deal with it.  (FWIW, there seem to have been no new posts in the past 12-18
hours, so it's possible that either (1) the spammer has been dealt with or
(2) the spammer is finished with what he was doing.)
