I ran into the same invisible controls problem with that NDA. Those
radio buttons are either for enabling/disabling the hourly chime or
turning the alarm on/off.
That said, you might want to go to Ewen Wannop's web site and download
his version of Desktop Alarm NDA which I believe is an updated version
of Bill Tudor's NDA. It is available on the download page as a
BINscii encoded ShrinkIt file. I've used it and not only does is it
free of the invisible controls problem but it also works with Spectrum
to make sure the NDA doesn't cause character loss when doing a serial
connection.
