GSHK creating an SEA problem...

Whenver I use GSHK to create an SEA, it doesn't compress the files I've
selected, but simply aborts the operation. Once it erroneously reported
that the disk was full (when there were more than 2 Mb free)! It
compresses and decompresses archives fine; it just refuses to create an
SEA...
any ideas?
