Wasn't there a copy of Lemonade Stand on "The Apple At Play" pack-in disk
for the //e?  I see sets of those all the time on ebay going for less than
the price of shipping.

(Now that I'm thinking about it, was there ever an "end" to Lemonade Stand,
at which time you might retire as a wealthy lemonade magnate, or did you
just keep playing until you grew sick of it?)
