Your floppy drive is too new. You need an older one from an 030 or 040 Mac.
As others have said, it has to be the type that sucks the disk in, not the
kind where you push the disk all the way in and it clicks into place. As
others have said, when you do find the right type of drive, it will only
work as an 800K drive with the built-in IIgs floppy port.
