You should be able to upgrade a Iisi all the way to system 7.6, which is
available on Apple's FTP site. You may also want to try posting your
question to a Macintosh newsgroup as well, we are all Apple II users here
(the series of computers before the Macintosh). Try comp.sys.mac.system or
comp.sys.mac.software. Apple will also have lots of documentation for the
machine on their web site in the Tech Info Library. Good luck!
