Are you talking about the file type? The term "resource type" does mean
something, but not in this context.
Assuming you do mean the file type, then it shouldn't matter -
ShrinkIt.GS should be able to recognise the compressed data stored
within the SEA file and extract it. If it doesn't, then the file is
probably damaged.
If it really is a IIgs self extracting archive and isn't damaged, then
setting its file type to the correct value ($B3 if I remember right)
should allow it to be launched as a native IIgs application, which will
extract itself - you don't need ShrinkIt.GS at all.
