I wasn't aware of a IIGS specific version.
I just use the original 8-bit version by Roger Wagner Publishing called
TYPE.CHANGER. This is just a BASIC program, but IIRC you have to EXEC it
from a text file to get it onto the GS (or IIe).

For more info download and read the tchange.info.txt file at:

the file there is called "tchange" which you need too.

Looks like there is another way to get it too, read this FAQ:

the file you need there is "TCHANGE.BIN", but I couldn't figure out how to
get it.
