Why does it have to be chemical-free?

I normally use "Endust for Electronics", but if I run out I just use
ordinary glass cleaner. It's perfectly safe for computers and monitors,
as long as you don't spray it directly on the equipment. Just spray a
bit of it on a lint-free rag and wipe. The Endust product is also
supposed to be antistatic, to repel dust for a while.

(The reason you don't want to spray it directly on electronic equipment
is that it could spray or drip through openings in the case and short
something out; spraying it on a rag prevents this problem.)
