Many yeasrs ago I had a similar problem with a Transwarp II and a
Ramfast 3.01E. The borads are incompatable. The way I got round this
was to get a zip chipo, which had similar problems, and have the
Ramfast Altered by sending it back to the mfg in colorado, I am
uncertain what they did but it did work. So to get the speed of both
you need s zip chip rather than ramfast (I or II) and something needs
to be altered on the Ramfast Board. I believe Jawald (I could never
spell my name let alone his) knew how to do this. I suspect that this
secret has been lost in time (I never knew the details), but there
were modifications to the ramfast to make this happen. I recall at
that time there was confusion at the mfg as to if it could be done,
only one or two people knew what had to be done. It does work (at
least in a IIe)
