Not much difference

Macintosh 128K RAM, 64K ROM 68000@8mhz
Macintosh (Fat Mac) 512K RAM, 64K ROM 68000@8mhz
Macintosh 512KE (?) 512K RAM, 128K ROM 68000@8mhz
Macintosh Plus 1/4meg RAM, 128K ROM 68000@8mhz
Macintosh SE 1/4meg RAM 256 ROM (?) 68000@8mhz
Macintosh Classic (I don't remember RAM/ROM) 68000@8mhz

Seems to be a pattern there does it?

There was also:

Macintosh SE30 (I don't remember RAM/ROM) 68030 @ 16mhz (?)
Macintosh Classic II 4/10meg RAM ? ROM 68030@16mhz

BTW - this question should have been asked in a Macintosh newsgroup,this newsgroup is for Apple II computers
