What exactly are you trying to do?  MUFFIN transferred files from
DOS 3.2 disks to DOS 3.3 disks.  NIFFUM reversed the process, letting
you move files from DOS 3.3 disks to DOS 3.2 disks.

A smart-alec answer would be: INIT the 16-sector disk to 13-sectors.
