Looking through the manuals for the Apple II and IIgs cards and the IIgs 
hardware reference and IIe Technical reference, I can't find any
reference 
to the speed of the RAM chips for the two cards. Just repeated
references 
to buying 256k kits from Apple. Well, I guess you could stretch it and 
say there was one sort of reference, the box the Apple II memory card
came 
in has a picture that shows 200ns RAM installed.
