DOS 3.2 woes

Hi all of you, another stupid question.
I found DOS 3.2 (sic) system disks in Asimov as .NIB images - they
work fine in an Emulator (Of course you need to preboot DOS 3.3 and
run BOOT13), however I have not managed to transfer them to a real
Apple.
The SST method of transfering non-standard disks FROM an Apple doesn't
seem to be reversible, probably because the track length of .NIB
images is higher than it is on real Apple disks.
Of course I can MUFFIN the files from the .NIB images to a DOS 3.3
disk on the Emulator - but I have not found any code that allows the
INITing of a bootable DOS 3.2 disk on a real Apple that isn't a
catch-22 where you need a bootable DOS 3.2 disk to create one.
I also have not found the NIFFUM program for reverse MUFFIN operation
anywhere. However I could probably use DubbelDOS and FID for that as
well.
Is any software on the Web somewhere that would allow creation of DOS
3.2 disks without needing DOS 3.2 disks to begin with? DubbelDOS
unfortunately drops the INIT command so it doesn't work either.
BTW - nothing of this is actually _necessary_ for anything, but I am
sure some of you will understand the mental value of completing a
collection of System Master disks. ;-)
Thanks,
