Maybe I'm misunderstood. I've argued that Syndicomm's licenses are what they are.
I've debated that the prices for some of their products aren't solely the responsibility of Syndicomm; there are the requirements of the original owner/programmers to factor in.
I'm not going to defend Tony's slippage in shipping. He's said publicly in IRC that he's almost caught up on Syndicomm orders. I'm optimistic that he's told the truth in that regard.
