I said hard copy and printed materials can be sold, but soft copy versions and downloadable software should be freely available.  Relating a piece of 30 year old software that no more than 100 people or so want to a Blu-ray DVD is a stretch, unless that blu-ray DVD is downloadble, 30 years old, and only 100 people want to watch it. :)
