Excellent!  Your efforts are greatly appreciated, and I was only too happy to create and post the original nib image.  I've begun attempting to create such images for a number of games in my collection that I've not found elsewhere when I have a bit of free time.  So far my attempts have been pretty hit-or-miss, using SST's default options.  I'll eventually go back and see if I can get some of the failures to work by tweaking the options, but if anyone has any suggestions on that front, I'd love to hear them.

I'm glad to hear that the bad sector on track 00 wasn't being used, which I thought was likely to be the case.  As I recall, it wasn't too uncommon for some folks to intentionally damage an unneeded sector on a disk to prevent a casual user from being able to copy it.  I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's what happened here.
