There's now a version of KEGS for Android at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.froop.app.kegs

This first version is light on features, but you can pretty easily add more disk images by editing /Android/data/com.froop.app.kegs/files/default on the sdcard.  (Edit 'default', not 'config.kegs')

If it doesn't work right on your device, please let me know.
