It's the result of an oversight on my part. Mea culpa. I mentioned netatalk
in Chapter 10, but since I don't have access to any Linux machines, I didn't
write more about it. It looks like the VMWare appliance A2Server was
released in January 2012, so I did have time to write it in.

Oh well. Into the 2nd edition it will go.
