I just drag and drop it into AppleWin. It's a .dsk image, with a .2mg header on it to define the volume number (but has the .2mg file type now, which AppleWin handles). AppleWin 1.20.0.0 has a behavior where it won't pick up a new volume number unless it's started new though (fixed in 1.21.1.0), so if you trying running this image after booting a 'regular' image, it may not work.
