Spectrum is available from Syndicomm in disk or CD format, and Tony also
sells a compiled version of SIS. There is also the source of SIS
available, if you wish to compile it yourself. To get that, you need to
go to Geoff's web site:

To run SIS, you will need copies of both Spectrum, and SIS, and of
course have Marinetti installed as well.
