A huge thank you to Antoine from the Apple II community for rescuing 
this obscure title from oblivion!

Also I didn't know Kaves of Karkhan was the sequel to this! Kaves of 
Karkhan is available on Asimov in both .NIB version (thanks to Mike 
Maginnis,) and in .DSK cracked version (I believe Antoine cracked it.)
Anyone have the instructions for this one?

The game called Alkemstone came after this (also on Asimov, with 
instructions, also thanks to Mike Maginnis.) It had the same basic 
engine as Kaves of Karkhan, it may be a spiritual sequel of sorts.

So apparently the whole series goes:

Super Dungeon - by Rod Nelson, published by Programma
Dragon Fire - by Rod Nelson, published by Level-10
Kaves of Karkhan - by ????, published by Level-10
Alkemstone - by ????, published by Level-10
