If you wipe the Focus you will have to learn how to set it up again with
drivers etc, not just 6.0.1. You need the 6.0.1 disk set at least. Also
Alltech usually include extra software on the drive which is not part of
6.0.1. You will also need the Focus Formatter to make it a Focus drive.

If I were you I'd wait for the bigger memory, or if you want to play, look
for a small IBM 2.5" drive of about 20-60Mb and put it on your Focus card,
keeping your already set-up Focus drive in a safe place. That way you can
make sure you have all the set-up software you need, and you have something
to fall back on if you run into problems.
