Try taking the port number out of the url (:6502)  So it would be 
http://boycot.no-ip.com/

it's the port forwarding?

I'd still like to put up an Apple II BBS myself at some point - more for fun 
and nostalgia if anything. The last Apple II boards I ran used ALFAIII/Prime 
and GBBS before I switched to PCs so I missed out on the ProLine and METAL 
stuff.
