Talk is Cheap is where my memory gets a little foggy.  I think only
the source code for it was reclassified a while back so you can't just
download a copy of the program but you have to download the source and
recompile it.  Maybe that was rectified and the program itself may
have been reclassified but I can't remember exactly.

By the way, even on an unaccelerated IIgs, Spectrum worked great for
me.  It may not have been as fast as the non-GS/OS communications
programs but it gave me full access to all the features of my IIgs
(desk accessories, HFS volumes and such) and it was quite stable.  I
remember using Spectrum to be in chat on Delphi over a Marinetti
connection running at 57,600 bps while editing a script in Spectrum's
editor with the !Help! NDA window and a Hermes/ShadowWrite window open
all at the same time.

Now that I have an accelerator I'm even happier using Spectrum.  :)
