What about HyperLink for the Commodore 128 computers?  I'm still waiting for
that to be ported to the 8-bit Apple II's!

As far as using an old printer, it's compatibility with the OS that's a
problem, not quality.  Try buying a new printer anywhere that will work with
Mac OS 8.5, let alone 8.1.
