Seeking someone to copy Apple ][ 5 1/4" floppies to

I have some very old Apple ][ floppies with some of my old files on 
them.  For nostalgia's sake (and who among us old-timers can't 
appreciate that?), I'd like to get these floppies converted into .dsk 
images that I can use with AppleWin 1.30.

So, who out there with the appropriate hardware would be willing to do 
this for me?  Absolutely ideal would be someone within an hour's drive 
of San Francisco; the best scenario would be if I could bring 'em on 
over to you.  Failing that, I would happily ship 'em (and would hope for 
a .zip file of the .dsk images to be emailed back to me).  There are 
about ten floppies, and I'd be willing to pay $2 per floppy converted.

For bonus points, if you can convert the Apple Pascal floppies I have, 
I'll be SUPER WAY grateful.
