You could try reseating the RAM simms and ROM chips. If it still doesn't
work, you need another system board. Since Classic II's can be had very
cheaply, you can consider yours to be a parts machine.

Oh yeah, the obligatory Apple II comment: those Classic II's make good
AppleShare servers. Very compact.
