Birds Better Bye, which replaces the standard ProDOS quit code with a
menu to select from SYS files and directories, with the TAB to move to
the next volume.
I souped it up somewhat (I recall adding a second column, and keys for
going up a directory or reading the drive again), and a friend and I
distributed it as part of Quitter.System. My revised version still works
on a ][+, but some actions may require Ctrl shortcuts due to missing
keys.
