I have been thinking of souping up a Prodos launcher myself.  Have the
first column only display volumes and folders and the second column
display SYStem files and folders and a third column that displays the
rest of the files.  -_-

And either convert the Prodos launcher to a BIN file so that it can
work with Basic.system loaded in memory.

Or make the Prodos launcher run BIN and BAS files without Basic.system
loaded.  One would have to make sure that the Basic files do not have
any CHR$(4) commands though and a small ML program can be poked in to
memory to exit back to the Prodos launcher.
