The ROM card will work in a IIe. Most of the times I've used an Integer
basic ROM card has been in a IIe

A Universal disk controller card. Will run up to 2 drives, 5.25" or 3.5"
or
one of each. In 3.5" drives you can use the Mac 400k or 800k or the IIgs
800k. An Apple 1.4mb drive can be used but it only functions as an 800k
drive. Some cards could also use the 3.5" Unidisk.
The second connector was because some of the drives it suported lacked
daisychain ports
