Does anyone have detailed instructions on how I can use Disk2File to
go from having a .dsk emulator image on my PC or Mac, to having a
usable 5.25 floppy (probably dos 3.3) that I can use on my Apple IIc?
A friend who is a C64 enthusiast (I know, I know, "Commies" are the
enemy...) has purchase a cable that enables him to do this and I am
incredibly jealous.

PS My ideal situation is a cable that comes from PC or Mac and
attaches to the back of the Apple II disk drive connector and then can
emulate the disk drive on the modern PC, but I doubt such a thing
exists.
