If you can run an Apple //e emulator (i.e. one that emulates an enhanced
128k //e), you _may_ be able to do the conversion using the latest DSK2FILE
(running on the emulator).
DSK2FILE 5.7f is supposed to be able to convert .2mg files to diskette;
but, I am not sure that this feature always works correctly. If your emulator
can write to a 3.5" disk drive, you may be able to go from 800k .2mg image to
800k diskette.
If you have some way to run a IIgs emulator on a Mac, you could try
Asimov 2.0 for the 800k .2mg to diskette conversion.
