Well it works on my IIgs, actually either of them, the Rom1 or Rom3.
Is slot 6 empty?
Do you have the control panel set for 'smart port' in slot 6?
Is the start up slot set for 'scan' or 'slot 6'?
Does the diskette boot on another Apple II?
Does the DuoDrive work on another Apple II?
If no to any of these questions, then it probably wont boot.
