Cleaning Apple 5.25 and 3.5 drives?

Hello,
I have a IIGS with two 5.25s and two 3.5s. I am having problems
loading files from 5.25 disks and formating 5.25 disks.
When I try to load files from 5.25 disks or format them I keep getting
"I/O Error ($27). I'm guessing that the drives need to be cleaned.
The problem is I'm not sure how I would clean the drives. I don't know
where I would get 5.25" cleaning disks. I am wondering if I could open
the drives up and clean the heads with something.
